Welcome Save The Wales! IAmAldarion

In the beginning of this week, Save The Wales appeared on the statistics. As you probably know, they were on the stats before, when they merged with another crew to form The Constitution. However, things didn’t go too well, and now Save The Wales is on its own again. The Buzz had a little chat with Klere, now known as ‘whitegirl1’, to find out what exactly happened.

Save The Wales bought their crewspot for just 500 points from The Unforgotten. Klere said, “Well, We had our shooters ready, although we would have to use around 400k bullets for the weakest crew. Then we noticed there was a crew for sale for 500points. Couldn't let that one go, of course.”

Then we asked him why they decided to leave The Constitution and get back on their own. He said, “Well, after Constitution fell off stats, my ex co-boss, iNaruto, freaked out a little bit. So, of course we wanted to go on as crew, but after the things he did, it was a bit impossible to remain The Constitution. That’s why we returned back to our old name”

As the crewname isn’t a very usual one, we asked him how he came up with this name. Klere explained, “Well, it all started off as a joke. A few years ago, I liked to make some threads named: Save The Whales. I got banned for it, a few times. A few months ago, Arsenalfan got the great idea to make the same thread, with as topic: recruiting. Amazingly, we got like 10 applicants a day. So we decided to really start with the crew.”

Since they are a new crew, we wondered whether it would be possible for any regular player to join the crew. Klere explained their recruiting policy when he said, “I understand how hard it is for new people to get in a crew. We're doing our best to recruit 'newbs' (sorry for naming them like that) as they may become the strongest members later on.”

Most new crews have surviving for a longer amount of time as their primary goal. However, Save The Wales clearly hasn’t. Klere said, “We're not planning to be a crew that's on stats by just being there. Nothing's better than a good old war, is it?” This implies we might expect Save The Wales to attack another crew within a reasonable amount of time. However, as the interview was ended with these words, “I hate talking so official”, we yet have to see whether they will.
