Ranking Statistics, useful or not? Taxed

The Miscellaneous Statistics in question are seen on the Game Forum on a daily basis, one of the most frequently asked questions which does not have a definitive answer, which is "How Long Until I Rank?". Now, can you actually use the statistics to find the answer, yes or no?

Well to this answer I do believe their is no definitive answer, the statistics consist of the number of crimes, kills ETC, these are only meant to be used as a knowledge base as a way to keep track and maybe make you appreciate your account a little more. These statistics therefore only show your account statistics which will be unique to other players, this shows that there is no way you can judge what rank you should be. So on one side the questions posted on the forum cannot be used to judge what rank you should be.

However, there is another side to this as during the high level ranks such as Don to R.Don it would take alot of O.C's and also other crimes. So you should be able to see a clear difference from those who are ranking from Godfather to Don. Therefor, to a curtain degree, you can tell the difference between levels.

This shows to me that you can only work out ones current rank, and not when they should rank to the next level. This is also made less decisive by the fact that one would have to compare their statistics with multiple amount of accounts to find a definitive answer, this is because if only two players statistics are compared they may vary greatly as one may have just ranked and the other may be close to being promoted to the next rank.

So there is no, yes or no answer to these questions, therefor not making it an effective question. However, I may be wrong and it may just be because it makes them feel more satisfied knowing a sketchy answer, rather than no answer at all.

Please feel free to mail me on my account 'Taxed' and voice your opinions on this topic, so that I may come back to this on a later buzz issue.

For now, I leave it too you to make up your own mind on whether the question we see so often is useful or not?
