The Black Hand shot! BrickTamland

Last Sunday at the Buzz, after having been able to cover the State Don shooting, we were feeling pleased with the thought of having covered everything that happened in the past week. However, little did we know that we were wrong, as around the time of publishing, The Blank Hand was mercilessly shot and Winter Hill Gang returned in their place.

At the time of shooting, The Black Hand had fairly small numbers in the crewspot and so it was easier for the shooter. It wasn't long before NationalGuardsMen was the name cropping up on the Witness Statements. Shortly after he was killed, we contacted PhuzzRider, Boss of The Black Hand (TBH), on his new account. He confirmed that the shooter was NationalGuardsMen, and PhuzzRider also told us NationalGuardsmen was shooting for Winter Hill Gang (WHG), in an attempt to get their crewspot back.

Fishizzle, a player drafted in by The Blank Hand in order to help them, told us the same. He informed us at the time, "10 minutes ago I got asked by Phuzz to join his crew. Once I was in, he said they were being shot at. I wasn't checking the stats or users' pages so I didn't know about it." He went on to say, "5 minutes later I was the only left alive to hold the spot. Then Baba told me WHG was shooting (NationalGuardMen). So I bootmailed him, he told me to accept Lake (a WHG member) and pass it to him, which I did. They shot back for their spot they lost."

Finally, we contacted the person in the middle of the saga, the shooter, NationalGuardMen. We wanted to get some information with regards to what it took to take down The Blank Hand and reclaim their crewspot. In response, he told us, "I used 105K bullets that were all bought from bullet factories, and only used 23 points to travel twice and bust myself from jail three times." We asked him how many shooters there were and he confirmed that he was the only one. We also questioned why they chose TBH, of all crews. He simply replied, "they were holding WHG's spot, my home. Therefore I shot for it to bring WHG back on the stats." As a final word, he told the Buzz, "No bigger thrill than to kill for my crew's spot back and then just wait to be killed. I love it. I am forever loyal to the Winter Hill Gang and WHG will always be back, it might take a while, it might not be quick, but we will be back."

Strong words for a seemingly very loyal crew member. Winter Hill Gang has held true to what the crew has said a lot of the time. Will The Black Hand want revenge and strike back in the near future? We can only wait and see but we can be sure we haven't seen the end of events with regards to this crewspot. Stay tuned and enjoy.
