Grab a Shovel and a Light! TV has Gone UG Militis

As we all know The Vanguard sold its’ spot on the statistics page last week. However, what you may not know is why. What led to the crew spot being sold, and why go underground? These are some of the questions we hope to answer for you.

This all began when The Vanguard was named The Maranzano Gentlemen, and occurred not too long after Gentleman of Fortune was unfortunate enough to have lost the crew spot. Their ally, who was at the time so named Maranzano Cammora, merged with the Gentlemen to create this crew. However, as time progressed within this newly merged crew; members of Gentlemen of Fortune were soft kicked. This at the time had no correspondence on the reasoning for The Vanguard to go underground. However, after catching up with “D”, we later found out that the reason for soft kicking all the GoF members in was because “they didn’t do shit for the crew, and they were all in-active”. “D” stated that this was the chosen words from Abonzo on the Gentleman of Fortune’s crew chat. He later added that this pissed a-lot of GoF members because they went two weeks with no problems, and this came out of nowhere, again stated by ”D”. Abonzo hardly spoke about the reason for the split in our interview. The only thing he said about it was, “We were both very different crews, and we didn’t have a lot of contact with their crew boss”. Being that as it may, it later proved to cause problems for The Vanguard.

”D” wanted us to make sure that no one in any way thought that Gentlemen of Fortune was behind these attacks. He stated that it was the work of an underground crew called The Scene. What the buzz got from him, was after the comment in the GoF group chat; they tried to work things out with The Vanguard. After several shootings, and several truces; it was evident this was going to be a battle. The Scene has attacked The Vanguard several times within the past week or so. The Vanguard has retaliated, as many times as they could to whom they could every time. However, like many great empires; sometimes you need to admit that enough is enough. After The Scene posted hitlists of great amounts on every boss+ member of The Vanguard “it was evident that “D” made it his personal mission to wipe the vanguard. After failing five times, each time they come back to try harder.” This was a statement made by Abonzo in my interview with him.

After all, these events led to the death of many TV members, along with members of allied crews. The Vanguard made a decision to do something that they have been contemplating for a while now. To go underground. We asked Abonzo when The Vanguard decided to go underground and when they would come out. He said “Well it was in our minds already for a while. But when we saw our friends from our own and from befriended crew fall, we made a final decision. The Vanguard will come out of the underground when we want to. If we feel like getting our spot back we will come back to the statistics page. Not before we have had some fun underground of course.” Cocky words, some may say; but respectable at that.

Abonzo told me that The Vanguard will be for hire as it stands by people, or crews to shoot for them. As he stated, “The Vanguard is a crew that likes some action, and now they have a reason and targets to shoot at.” What is going to happen in the future? Nobody really knows, but it is reasonable to expect a lot more action from these two crews, who seem to be stuck in a war for respect and honor. The outcome of which, only time will tell.
