Infinity Back...But Not For Long! MotherFrick

Last week, we witnessed many attacks by Gentlemen of Fortune towards crew, The Vanguard. After three attacks, The Vanguard decided to retire, and sell its spot. The spot was sold to Infinity, a crew which has appeared on our statistics page two times already.

Infinity decided to sell its spot a few months ago, but why did they return to soon? Bartels, who is currently underground, said, “Many Infinity members left the crew to go visit their friends crews, and at that time, we got a very high point offer of 1350 points, which at this current time, is a lot of money, so we immediately sold. We returned because we felt it was the right time, and The Vanguard gave us their spot, as we have been allies for some time now, we just did not want to mention it whilst they were being attacked.” Bonzo, who is also underground, said, “We gave it to infinity for nothing, to pursue a different course on bootleggers."

Infinity had not been on the statistics for long before every single Boss+ member of the crew was hitlisted. The hitlist money totalled $500,000,000. The Buzz interviewed the hitlister, MastaBlasta, who is currently underground and has built himself a somewhat bad reputation with the Bootleggers public over the past few weeks. MastaBlasta said, “I told Bartels that buying the spot wasn’t a very good idea, but he proceeded in purchasing it, and I got Bartels and Blinky shot. The remainder of the crew got hitlisted, so it was obvious the spot would drop. To speed things up a little bit, I hosted a “Drop the Spot” competition in the forums, this gave the person who killed the last Boss+ member a prize of $500,000,000. The money was funded by me after winning some money from casinos.” Bartels commented, “When Infinity held the spot, MastaBlasta hitlisted all of our Boss+ members, for enormous amounts of money. I think that the amounts came from dupe accounts, that the Elite Guard don’t know about, as he is using proxies. Also, many people have been calling this a wipe, but it was nothing more than a few hitlists.”

After having come back for such a short time, Infinity will obviously have a few plans for a spot in the future. Bartels said, “At the minute, we will remain underground, for how long, we do not yet know, although we hopefully will return. We will definitely keep our alliance with The Vanguard and will work together with them for some time. I also hope this MastaBlasta will eventually get banned, which he should.” MastaBlasta commented, “I would have no problem with a return on Infinity, I have nothing against them what-so-ever. If any other crew had of bought that spot, they wouldn’t be here today. I gave them a warning, and they didn’t listen.”

The Buzz hs shown you why Infinity returned, and why they were hitlisted. Time will tell whether or not Infinity will return, so we will all just have to wait and see.
