Rules
- You can either use Photoshop or paint to create the final phrase by reordering the tiles, or you can just send the phrase via email.
- Send the URL (from a trusted site-- www.tinypic.com, www.imageshack.us, www.photobucket.com) to BLBuzzContest@gmail.com before Saturday night, 11:00PM BL time.
- Even if someone has the right answer and has already sent in their entry, doesn't mean you don't have a chance to win. All winners will be placed in a dice game to determine winner.
