Guns: Too Dear? pate21

I have seen many people complaining this reset on 2 main features: Overall Prices and Mission Rewards. It is always the same thing, over and over.

Why do weapons and armour cost so much? The answer is: to keep the in-game money lower at the beginning of the round and to minimize dupe kills as stated by Klea in the first issue of the "Bootleggers Buzz".

I have to admit that I like the idea of the weapons costing more but I wish that you could be able to buy the best first, rather than starting with the High Standard .22 and working your way up to the Thompson.

The increase in prices also creates some problems with the missions as well. Weapon prices plus the new mission rewards make doing the 3rd mission almost impossible and maybe even pointless for lower ranked players who dont have very much money.

Later in the game these Features shouldn't cause problems to many people when most players have a little more money. As for now; the Thompson and Reinforced Duesenberg will be left for those few who can afford them or the points to buy better equipment.
