The Invisible Killer DejaVu

Since the reset, Holidays have been a popular day to shoot a crew. Monday proved to be no different for one unlucky crew. In the United States, May 28th is Memorial Day, a day to honor the men and women who have died while serving in the military of our country. But here on Bootleggers (BL), it will now be known as a day to remember the fallen members of The Invisibles (also known as TI). The final shots appear to have been fired in what has been an ongoing war over the past couple of weeks.

This war started when Spine was suspected of paying for the killing of Sweetie, a State Don in TI. Revenge was quickly taken last week with TI shooting back and killing all but 3 members of Elysium, including two State Dons, Grace and Wanderer. This was done because Elysium was a crew Spine was known to have still been associated with. Shortly after, bigmomma was killed by wapusk for allegedly working with Spine. This would cause a controversy, as Himmel had previously named wapusk as a shooter in the Elysium shootings. Alatariel would quickly respond that he was only a friend of Triper and nothing more then a donater in the shootings on Elysium. I was also advised that TI had no part in the killing of bigmomma. This only added fuel to a fire that was already blazing here on BL.

Patiently, we all waited during the past week to see who would make the next move. At 11:23 AM on Monday, business resumed. One by one, members of TI began to appear on the stats page. But who was the shooter? With over 30 kills in less than an hour, not one witness statement had been received. We were left with an invisible shooter. With no factual proof, Spine informed us on the game forum that the kills were “Courtesy of Spine and Tommy2Guns” and we would see “More coming eventually.” That would prove to be the case and even a few non-members of TI were killed for personal reasons. Spine stated, “I shot a few *suspected* bullet and money holders, and due to about 900 mil coming out of the game, think I succeeded.”

With the game forum discussions growing, the witness statements began to pour in and some users received as many as 10. Attached to each statement were the same two killers, SilentF0rce, a State Don in Pennsylvania, and 8cent. I spoke to SilentF0rce about the shootings and the reasoning behind them. The kills were indeed because of the possible involvement TI may or may not have had in the death of bigmomma. He politely answered my questions stating, “Spine helped me with funding the bullets” and that all of the bullets were bought “with my own bullet factory.” But how was 8cent tied to all of this? According to SilentF0rce, “8cent helped me with the State Dons, with his own bullets.”

With the death of StarDarkFame, the crew spot was in the hands of Izzo69, almost completing a full wipe. According to Himmel, “Spine had an insider (Izzo69)” and once he came out of hibernation, “he passed the crew to Spine who sold it.” With the crew now in the hands of Mobb Figaz, I tried to verify this information and find out how much the crew spot actually cost. Unfortunately, they have failed to respond to my inquiry as of this time. With the passing of this week, we have watched another crew fall from the stats page. What does the future have in store for the members of Elysium, The Invisibles, M.I.N.D. or even Mobb Figaz?? Only time will tell
