Mentors for Bootleggers ARTemiss

Bootleggers (BL) has long been a place to have fun, do things one would never do in real life, and meet great people. BL is also a great place to help one that is struggling in real life. BL can be a release for stress, a distraction from real problems, and a place to seek out friends to listen.

I think a great addition to BL would be a world wide mentor program. One could become a mentor to help people with game play and camaraderie. When new people join BL they can be lost if they do not know anyone in the game. A mentor would take them under their wing and show them the various ways to play, make money, and have fun.

I think a mentor program could help reach people that would otherwise end up quitting because they can not get the hang of the game, and/or feel lost or left out.

BL has a lot of teenagers that play and I have seen a great deal of personal real life issues that BL can help them overcome.

I know that crews help a lot but most crews either have rank requirements and/or one must “know” someone to get in. This program would help fill the gap.

Maybe I am way off base thinking this game is not just that, a game. I know how some people feel about this game and it is a lot more than a game. Personally I have a few people in BL I consider to be great friends and had I not had someone showing me how to play the game, I would have left rather quickly.

I would love feedback on my idea so please boot mail me.
