It's been a while since there was a State Don on the statistics page, as far back as January, and even then, they where a dying breed, I for one doubted that there would be another State/Nation Don this round. There were even calls for the feature to be stripped from the game. This was because all Legendary Dons where being killed, newly ranked Legendary Dons quickly went into vacation, with fear that they may get shot down several hours later.

State/Legendary and even Respectable Dons were being killed of the game, but why? State Dons are capable of taking a crew single handedly, If they have enough money, they are capable of producing bullets at will, thanks to their personal bullet factory. They are also a lot harder to kill than Legendary/Respectable Dons, due to the body guards, so obviously, they were killed before they made the step up to State Don, it saves the killer a lot of bullets and time.

A few months have passed, and we have seen Respectable Dons dare to rank to Legendary Don, now, we see stiff competition for the State Don places, which, for the game, is great! The consequences of State Dons re-entering the game are endless, will they be peaceful? Or trigger happy? We will have to wait and see. First thing's first, we will need to see are few Legendary Dons take the step up. One of the main reason for the sudden out burst of Legendary Dons, is the fact that, ranks can't be found on the 'Find player' feature, A simple update as that, has enabled the game to get back to some normality at least.

Just by looking at the statistics page, you will see that reaching the rank of State Don is not an easy thing to achieve, just under 102 thousand accounts on Bootleggers, and just 86 have made the step to State Don, only the 9 have made it all the way to Nation Don. I wish the current contenders all the luck in reaching their goal.
