Arm Wrestling Reminder Air
This is to clear up a lot of confusion and rumours going around. If you have the highest percent on one level and create a match with the other person having the exact same percent and level as you, the creator of the match will win.

This had never changed but it appears some thought it had or didn't even know the correct answer in the first place. So pump up those biceps and work-it!
