Statistics Scrap SeanReborn

This week saw control of a crew spot jump to several different crews. I’ve gathered all the information I could and attempted to keep track of what exactly was going on behind the scenes.

Firstly, as my article was only supposed to be regarding The Outlanders, I approached their boss CUE (AKA Coastie). He told me that buying the spot from The Sixth Family “wasn’t easy”. CUE’s Junior Under Boss (JohnnyPapalia) was also Co Boss of The Sixth Family. After JohnnyPapalia asked CUE for some help in getting The Sixth Family going, CUE knew he would “have to come out of the closet as Coastie”. Following a speech made on the forum, JohnnyPapalia was hard kicked from The Sixth Family and was accused of being CUE’s dupe. As JohnnyPapalia knew that The Sixth Family were “inevitably going to sell their spot”, he was able to negotiate a deal on behalf of CUE to buy the crew spot at a discount of 1,200 points.

However, for all the hard work put in to acquire the crew spot, The Outlanders soon found themselves under fire after only a few days. As RIP topics began to flood the Game Forum, CUE still stated that they were “alive and kicking”. The shooter, RunwayAvenue, had other ideas. After selling his land for 12.3 billion dollars and buying 31,000 points, RunwayAvenue was ready to shoot at The Outlanders because he “watched their boss talking shit to people and just kept hearing bad things”. He also said that he was “in the mood to shoot someone”. Clearly! By spending approximately 12,000 points on bullets and shooting 627,000 bullets, he left the crew completely shattered. Puzzled by his “loyal to…” crew pictures shown proudly on his profile, the Buzz asked what he would do if the spot dropped, as he had not mentioned doing it under anyone’s orders. He told us that “Deathwish are back and regrouping members otherwise I would keep the spot”. He went on to say “As soon as I get the heart to shoot Lexin, I’ll let the crew drop”.

Well, it would appear that RunwayAvenue eventually was able to put business before friendship as the next thing we were able to see was that the crew was in possession of WolfyIX. WolfyIX was reluctant to give any details about how he acquired the spot. He simply told me “I bought it from the caughter, which I am unsure or at least I do not want to disclose any info about them what happened exactly to make whoever got it get it.” As mysterious as this sounds, without any information disclosed on who sold the crew spot, the Buzz was unable to get any further details. However, WolfyIX told me that buying the crew spot (for $15 million) was a spur of the moment thing. His friend, Nyxxie, wanted to have a crew spot of her own and as she had been shot recently and was in the Shooting Range at the time of The Outlanders’ shootings, she was unable to gain the spot. As WolfyIX renamed the crew Wolfy & Nyxxie’s Bar/Grill, he went about searching for “reliable people” to help fill up the crew spot. Unfortunately, both Nyxxie’s and WolfyIX’s friends were either offline, too busy with their own business or simply “scared to death”. As a result of Nyxxie’s low rank, a lack of funds to support the crew and a lack of members to join the crew, WolfyIX was forced to sell on.

And who was the lucky crew next to make it in possession of this crew spot, but The Rapture. I was not able to get much information on what happened with this crew spot as I was very busy dealing with things in real life, and by the time I got back, The Rapture had only one message on their crew profile: “Crew spot for sale at 1,000 points”. With the recruiting thread still on the first page of the Game Forum while this crew was still “underground”, this was puzzling, but unfortunately, the Buzz was unable to get any information on this matter.

As it happens, The Rapture were successful in selling their crew spot on. The next crew to make it to the stats were Chaos Soldiers - a crew from last reset. After buying a piece of land worth $520 million from an unwitting player who sold the land for a measly $6 million, JudasPriest was able to get the points needed to buy the crew spot from The Rapture. Purchasing the crew spot did not go entirely smoothly, though. Due to a problem with the Escrow feature, JudasPriest ended up wasting 1,000 points and Moderator Annihilation was forced to get involved. Eventually, they were able to “seal the deal at 900 points”. After asking what we can expect from Chaos Soldiers in the future, JudasPriest simply replied “Chaos Soldiers will be a well organised crew again like before the reset”. Well, best of luck to them!

With the crew spot being passed around so much this week, who knows what we can really expect from Chaos Soldiers! The fact is, they currently of possession of that invaluable crew spot and they will do anything they can to defend it.
