Updates, now just a formality. luco

It's been a very eventful 3 months or so in the Bootleggers world, with regard to updates. We have had countless updates, both aesthetically, and those that affect gameplay. Well, once again, thanks to Sabin and BSF2000 yet another update has taken place; one you gamblers certainly would of noticed first.

Let me take you back before the update. The Roulette Table, was a very simple layout and quite pleasing on the eye. However, it looked nothing like a Roullete Table, yet worked. Well, with one major fault, the '0'. For some unknown reason you could not bet on '0', which would often leave gamblers irrate when that little green box popped up on a bet.

Well, now that the problem has been resolved, you can now bet on '0', and the green box's meaning has all but changed (Depnding on if you place money on '0', of course). This is not the only change that the administration team has made to the table, by crikey, no. The Roulette Table has had a whole new makeover, of which detailing the attributions of a real Roulette Table. Instead of all the column, row and color options at the bottom, we now have them at the side, along with the odd and even choices; in the correct order I might add.

So, once again we have a great update. Or is it? "It's ugly" is heard all to frequently around the game forum, along with "It's only good because you can now bet on '0'." I for one agree with the general concensus, and feel that the only positive is betting on '0'; although I'm sure that novelty will soon ware off.

In light of all the good work, it was evident that players were not happy at all. Not because of the update itself, but what the coding had caused. The game became 'laggy' for numerous hours, players were having trouble logging in, they were getting logged out with a scripting message, and some players couldn't even send Bootmails. The Bootleggers community went into turmoil, screaming for a rollback, and even a reset. However, all seemed to be reconsiled and we were enjoying our brand new update.

Again, I think we need to congratulate the Administration staff for their good work, as it shows there is some serious work going on, albeit behind the scenes.
