Boot Wars Episode VII: Jordan Invincible? TheSnake

Last week we saw how Jordan and his cronies attacked False Impression and killed almost all their members, before selling the crew spot. This week, we will be looking at the same conflict from a different perspective: False Impression’s.

They had been given a little warning and received threats but then were told by Jordan (being “a man of his word”, say FI) told them he “wasn’t going to shoot.” However, later that day they received a further warning whilst the FI bosses and some of the Crew Council were offline.

This meant that when the shootings happened they were ill prepared – not that there’s a lot to be done about such an attack. The reason from the attack, as far as they could tell, was that “apparently some members of FI badmouthed Jordan on the forums.” This was a little obscure, and they still don’t know if this claim had any grounds.

The takeover was done in a mixture of ‘old’ and ‘new-school’ style: “a number of high-ranked players and known crew holders” were killed “until it dropped to an insider.” After that, the insider began kicking true False Impression members before selling the crew spot.

Unbeknown to Jordan, they had decided to move their crew bullets to an Underground member for cases such as this, and in doing so planned to take out as many of the Jordanians holding the crew spot as soon as possible. The result can be seen on the profile of drsik. 28 accounts were killed by drsik in revenge for Jordan’s actions.

As for the future, FI have “decided to go underground for a while.” From the information they gave me, they “have some plans that are a lot easier to do when not in a crew slot.” They also wanted to show that they “do not take things lying down.” The crew spot was to be “left vulnerable” to “give others a shot at it.” Right now they are focussing all their efforts on rebuilding, but in the words of madisback, False Impression CC, “Bootleggers can rest assured that we are still around.”
