The Black Horde leaves, The Imperium enters MysticMika

The Black Horde had only been on the statistics for a couple of days when their holder, sidewinder (AKA Sycoblast), announced that the time had come for them to disappear from them again. He explained why in a Game Forum thread, in which he said:

Quote:
We came, we saw, we reacted... We received what we needed to receive, we accomplished what was needed to be accomplished.

The time has come to go underground, to begin our regime. We proved to the ones who doubted that we, The Black Horde can! We can do what we want when we want, and most importantly how we want.

As Sycoblast was the only person to go to at first, he answered some questions for the Buzz. “The idea behind coming up on the stats without force was to attract new blood, recruit... When you preform takeovers you do not always get loyal members, so, as a council we collectively decided to buy out,” he said. Adding, “The past four days have been quite a journey, finding good, strong players, and separating them from the... lets just say... not so good players. The public feels as though "we failed" but really, we got exactly what we came looking for.” At first, this was all the information available and the crew spot was handed to The Imperium.

Later on, however, the Buzz also spoke to Taker (AKA TakerZ). “Basically, we had TBH, Sycoblast found out we was going to be shot, wanted to sell the crew I was against it, then he decided to hard kick every one and kill them taking casinos etc.” Taker told the Buzz. He continued, “Further more that day I was invited into an MSN conversation with 'Ghost' an UG TBH high council member who he was taking his orders for the crew from, it just looked so fake, never typing at the same time no matter how much i directed a question at both of them, would answer after eachother etc. I've had it check out but thats all I'll say about that particular matter for now.”

About the future of The Black Horde he said: “Unless the original bosses come back I shall have nothing to do with it.” and he added: “For now it's the end, I yet to have contact with VilS to see what he thinks of all this.” With all of this information, the case was closed and The Black Horde was given to Dagorlad who turned it into The Imperium. However, a couple of days after the first interview, Sycoblast contacted the Buzz again telling us he wanted to alter his interview. He said that he had talked to a council member of The Black Horde and that “all was fine now.” To check this, Taker was contacted. For as far as he knew, “nothing of such a sort had happened.” Whether Sycoblast was telling the truth or not is unclear, but what we do know is that he quitted playing Bootleggers so he will probably not be seen for quite a while regardless of the conversation. This leads us to the end of The Black Horde, at least for now.

Fact remains that the crew spot is now owned by The Imperium. Their crewboss, Dagorlad (now known as MrPang), kindly answered some questions. “I bought the Crew spot a few days before bringing TI to the Stats,” he said. “The Black Horde briefly inhabited it and then I took it back, with the intention to bring The Imperium back to the stats.” Dagorlad further explained his plans with the spot: “I plan to maintain a well respected a finely tuned Crew of loyal and respectful individuals. In other words, The Imperium is planning on sticking around. The future plans are to rank, bank and regain the respect of the Bootlegging community for being an individual Crew and not Glory.” Dagorlad ended his interview with “It's great to be back!” and we can be sure it is. With this busy week, TI has also been taken over again. We can be sure to see much more action concerning the crews in the future.
