Police Car OCs, Are They Really Worth It? Cypha

During the start of Round 6, Police Cars were still an essential to commiting a high payout Organized Crime, not anymore it seerms as we seen a few weeks ago. A high payout of over $200,000,000 was received, which was a bug in the game, which also prompted BSF2000 to change the payout the Police Cars generate.

A one Police Car OC would have got you over $1,000,000 normally, but now you are lucky to get anything over $300,000. This has sparked a slight out-rage with players who have paid a high amount of points for a car which gives a little outcome.
There have been several topics started in the Game Forum relating to this, so I decided to contact 2 members who have been effected by this change from BSF2000.

I caught up with Chico who was involved in an Organized Crime with a Police Car, and asked his opinion on the change by BSF2000 and what effect he thinks it would have. "I think he is making the game too hard to play, which it already is now. I don't see the point anymore, to do a Police Car OC when the profits are almost the same when using a Duessy. BSF should make Police Car OCs worth it to do them. Its been more a gamble game then a mafia game lately. Everyone is trying to make money by gambling. It takes too long to make a million with just doing crimes/bootlegging and OCing. I spent $120,000 on the Police Car OC and just got $40,000 payout. 20% of $220,000. I think the 1 Police car OCs, should be atleast 500k+. But thats just my opinion."
Cassini was also available to give his opinion as he was 1 of the main reasons behind the drop in OC payouts for a Police Car. "I submitted a Help Desk Ticket to BSF2000 but still have not heard a reply regarding the payout which wasn't my fault. I have lost alot of money and points by buying the police cars, which I won't be getting back. You can say that I'm very dissapointed at the moment as I wasn't given any warning this would happen, and I didn't even get a % of the payout to make up for a bug which was in the game.

Having the opinions of 2 players who have been affected is all well and good, but there are 2 sides to every story, so I contacted 5Litre who said, "The change in OC payouts when using police cars was altered due to the fact that it is still a somewhat new round and money is somewhat low. If we had kept the payout the same as it was when using Police Car's in an OC, then money would inflate at an exponential rate. That being said, chances are more than likely that the payout for using police cars later on in the round may make for a higher payout."

To conclude, the payout was lowered because it would have had a serious impact on the game if it had continued so early on in the round, this doesn't mean that the payout will remain low, as 5Litre said, the payout for Police Car OCs may make for higher profite later on.
