An Eight Month Feud Altro

Here at the Buzz last week we sat twiddling thumbs and playing games, while we waited for something to write about. Then we got... nothing. We resorted to writing about the peace, and cursing it for making us write ‘fillers’ and ‘columns’. Lew even looked at ways to re-invigorate the game (See the article ‘Kill or be Killed: But not this Week.’ By BuzzLew, in Issue 31). Then, on Sunday evening, around the chimes of ten Bootleggers time, hell was unleashed upon the game, hours after the Buzz was published. Eternal Labyrinth started shooting 1337 Guard, followed by attacks on Event Horizon, Strictly Business, Young & Dangerous and The Syndicate. All of which you can read about in this issue of the Buzz. We waited for the hypothetical busses and they all came at once, as it were.

IZRBrown one of the bosses of the newly formed 1337 Guard (from The Invisibles (TI) and The Order (TO) see article ‘Retirement Week: Betrayal or Coalition’ By BuzzLew, in issue 30) hit the ground 47 seconds after the hour. She was shortly followed by more members of her crew, as AlSafa7 and Network, both members of Eternal Labyrinth, opened fire with almost 190,000 bullets. The bullet factory held by 1337 Guard dropped and eventually ended up in the hands of GodFotherV3, owner of The Fatal Wounds who held the bullet factory for Eternal Labyrinth.

According to AlSafa7, one of the shooters, this story does not begin on the eventful Sunday afternoon. It begun at the start of this round when Eternal Labyrinth members picked up Michigan Bullet Factory, which they have claimed ownership of ever since. However, the bullet factory dropped from their hand early on as explained by AlSafa7. “We picked it from the beginning of this round, it fell due to a glitch or a bug or something.” He added “but let's not go there.” The same treatment dished out to 1337 Guard on this occasion would be handed to anyone else who attempted the Bullet Factory. He stated, “It is our BF, it belongs with us. TI, TO, 1337, or whomever. If you take our BF, we shoot everyone until we get it back.” The 1337 Guard, however, saw it a little differently, claiming the Bullet Factory was their property. DecapitatedBlowfish told us how they came into possession of the property, “The Invisibles picked it up with a little help from The Order a few days in to the round when EL, who originally owned it, dropped it due to lack of funds to pay for production.” When asked if they saw the property as legally theirs he said, “in our eyes, EL lost claim to ownership when they failed to keep the person holding it properly supplied with funds, and the factory is now ours.”

This was not, however, the only reason for the attack, both AlSafa7 and GodFotherV3 told us. A few days prior to these events, Restez, aka DeaDRabbitS, boss of Eternal Labyrinth, was one of the few accounts to die. According to AlSafa7 and GodFotherV3 they were shot by the 1337 Guard, GodFotherV3 added the attacks were also revenge for the shooting of three of The Fatal Wounds members at the same time. DecapitatedBlowfish told us, however, that they had not started the shooting chain. In fact, were simply retaliating to an attack a few days before on them. “In the first few days after we founded the Crew.” He went on to say “a TFW member shot us, and on his profile claimed it was to ‘test our strength’.” At the time of writing, the shooter of who we were told by 1337 Guard was GodFotherX. He had The Fatal Wounds crew images on his profile, and a list of dead 1337 Guard members he had apparently killed. We were unable to get in contact with a members of The Fatal Wounds at the time to confirm he was a member.

An hour in to the attack, the majority of the crew members were dead. From Scum to Don they held no punches. After the crew spot dropped we asked AlSafa7 if they had any plans to pick it up. He replied with, “Nah, not at all. We just let it drop, whomever needed it could have picked it up.” However, later on a EL for teh Lolz appeared on the statistics with a few members of Eternal Labyrinth and The Fatal Wounds. The profile asked that “members stay away,” implying they had no intentions of keeping the spot.

Shortly after taking the spot, 1337 Guard responded. Aspire aka Smig who DecapitatedBlowfish described as a “devoted member” who was also underground at the time, shot EL for teh Lolz dropping the crew, and taking the bullet factory in the process. DecapitatedBlowfish went on to inform us, “He was fortunate enough to wake up shortly after we all died, began searching the Bullet Factory holder and every member of the Spot, dutifully waited for permission to shoot, and then killed first the Bullet Factory holder, GodFotherv3, then the shooter, AlSafa7, and then the rest of the Crew.”

We asked both crews what their future plans were. Eternal Labyrinth said they were not at liberty to disclose their plans but “one thing is certain, we're keeping Michigan's BF, indefinitely.” 1337 Guard on the other hand were still at “at the drawing board,“ however they “don't want to make a splashy return.” DecapitatedBlowfish had a final warning when it came to Eternal Labyrinth, “we want to remind EL that we aren't here to be pushed around, that we're just as powerful if not more so than them, and that for every time they push us down, we'll stand up and punch them in the faces with our epicness.”

Whatever side of the fence, neither is admitting fault nor backing down but instead stepping up. Those of you who just sit on the fence should sit back, pop the corn and watch the fireworks. I dare say we haven’t heard the last of this just yet!
