Bootleggers Buzz Christmas Contest POI2000

For those of you who didn’t log on this Christmas Day, you missed quite a treat courtesy of the Bootleggers Buzz, and Riserva, hosted thanks to BSF2000.

It all started rather suddenly, with a lot of work being put in behind the scenes from the Elite Guard and the Buzz team; particularly Riserva and Aldarion so thank you to them both. An announcement was posted on the News page which led to a topic marked important was posted in the game forum, it read:

Santa Needs Your Help!

A Christmas Competition is brought to you by The Bootleggers Buzz in cooperation with Riserva, hosted thanks to BSF2000!

Ladies and gentlemen, players of Bootleggers. As you may have heard, Santa was recently robbed by three rude men. They stole what he needs most of all to succeed his Christmas mission. Because he needs this so much, he has requested the help of the players on Bootleggers. The three criminals have united in the crew We Robbed Santa and carry the disrespectful names of SantaGotOwned, HatingSanta and ScrewSanta. What Santa needs you to do is steal back his properties, eight reindeers and his sleigh, using the Auto Burglary page where you can steal vehicles from the crew (winning items will be named and pictured as one of the items from the list below, not normal cars). There are a total of 9 prizes that will be awarded, including free bullets, money, and experience. There is one major prize for the person that manages to steal the property Santa loves most of all. You can only win one prize from the list below.

It was a high value giveaway too, with up to $35,000,000, 4 automatic promotions, 70,000 bullets as well as protection and weapons upgrades to their highest levels (Cadillac V16 Armored Limousine and Hitsquad respectively).

We at the Buzz thank you for your help on behalf of Santa, you saved Christmas! We hope everyone enjoyed the contest not just the winners (whose anonymity has been kept intact for thier own safety), but everyone who took part- we certainly enjoyed coming up with the idea!

A belated Merry Christmas to you all!
