Issue: 88   Editor: Mika

Editors note Mika

Welcome to issue #88 of the Bootleggers Buzz!
Due to some strange and unfortunate bug in the Buzz system, Dalton is unable to publish this issue. Because of that, I am the one who has set this issue up and has hit the publish button. Hopefully Sky will either finish GTA V and his work soon or finds the time to get online to help us get out of this nasty situation. Keep your fingers crossed for Dalton being back next week. Who knows, it might help.

Seeing I have not been involved in the writing and editing process of this week's issue, I find myself struggling to give a good overview of what you can expect content wise. That being said, however, this issue contains everything you are used to seeing in a Buzz issue: the weekly articles are all there, RatfaceRay has submitted another comic and the Obituaries to list all the fallen players have been included as well.

Speaking of dead players, this week has surely seen a lot of them. Both The Family and Most Wanted created their own, bloody version of New Year's Eve fireworks as they sent their shooters onto the streets to wreak havoc. Amidst this chaos, Nation of Domination and La Onda were also duking it out, resulting in La Onda's disappearance from the statistics page. More details of all this death and destruction can be found in the respective articles.

Alongside the articles reporting death we also have an article that is much more light hearted: our contest article! There has not been a winner yet, which is why this issue features an article with additional information to help our treasure hunters with locating the treasure. If you intend to take part then this article is certainly one that you will not want to miss.

Tired of searching for the treasure, or are you not feeling quite up to it yet? You can spend some more time on the Buzz page by reading our two columns on bullet prices and the possibility of adding a secret forum to the game. We are interested in hearing your thoughts and opinions on both, so make sure to leave a comment in the comments section.

To wrap it up: I hope that you enjoy this issue of the Buzz just as much as you did every past issue, or maybe even a little more.
Dalton will be back next week, we hope, so until we meet again. I bid you adieu, happy reading and gaming.

Take care, and stay safe

- Mika
