| A Goodbye to Two HDOs |

During the week, Bootleggers was left to say goodbye to two of their Help Desk Operators. A couple of days after the update to the Help Desk, JayEff (JuanFran) was removed from the Help Desk. Having been a Help Desk Operator (HDO) for over two years, the Help Desk has lost one of its oldest HDOs.
Later in the week, FirstLieutenantJoris (Joris) decided it was time to resign from the Help Desk, making Bootleggers lose yet another one of their older HDOs. Being added to the Desk previous round, Joris was also one of the well known yellow faces of Bootleggers. His resignation meant that another experienced HDO.
The Buzz would like to wish both Joris and JuanFran the very best in both real life as their Bootleggers one. Both players have been valuable assets to the Help Desk and seeing them leave is very sad. Hopefully both will have good fortune on whatever else they want to do in their Bootleggers career. Regardless of that, we do know that they will certainly be remembered.
