| Three More Promotions! |

With a week that had been dominated by promotions and demotions in the Elite Guard camp, saw three moderators promoted to Senior Moderators, and one demoted to Moderator.
On the third of March, saw Andy, VooDooDoll and Sweetie all promoted to Senior Moderators and Raztaz, demoted to Moderator, respectively. I managed to get a few answers from all three new Senior Moderators, unfortunately, Raztaz was a little harder to get a hold off.
The first questions I asked was, which Im sure you will all ponder, whats the difference between Moderator and Senior Moderator? I got a similar answer three times. Andy said, Well the main difference is that there are a lot more tools available to us, to carry that on, VooDooDoll said, I will add that it enables me to help the staff and the players more. It's more responsibility.
I then asked what the promotion meant to them, on a more personal level. First off, Andy said, It shows our hard work has been noticed and rewarded by the Administrators and in the same way that we have proven ourselves over time, Sweetie said, It does mean a lot to know the admins felt I have done a good enough job to promote me to senior Moderator. Im honoured that the admins have placed me in the same category as VooDooDoll and Andy. I look up to them as Mods. They have both helped me get to where I am today. Goes to show teamwork really does pay off! Finally, VooDooDoll said, I am honoured that I was selected along with Andy and Sweetie. We all did a job well done. I am happy that the Admins considered me. I feel I deserved it! I for one cant argue with the last part there, all three without doubt deserve the extra responsibility!
When asked if there was anything else they would like to say, VooDooDoll said, I look forward to serving under my new "title" and hope I do a decent job. Sweetie said, Not only would I like to thank the admins for promoting me to Senior Moderator, I'd like to thank them for having me part of the team. It's been quite an experience from day one as a Moderator and look forward for the days to come. I'd also like to thank the players who have congratulated me on the new title! And finally, Andy said, Well I actually have been a Senior Moderator before, so should be able to help VooDooDoll and Sweetie get used to the new options. Then went on to say I also think it means the normal Moderators are obliged to do what we say, so if Rod is reading this: "Rod, make me Voo and Sweetie a coffee, now!" That might not fall under our authority though but we will see Think we may have an idea what those extra tools may be now!
