Jordan's Casino Shootings: The Aftermath |

Jordan. Its the name of a country and a busted British model. Its also the name of a lone Bootlegger who had a Lethal-like crusade against casino owners with low max bets on Valentines Day. Some casino owners were killed and jordans threat was fulfilled. The question is though, did the shootings make any difference? Lets have a look.
I went to California, a popular state and decided to scope out the Casino maxes there. Here are my findings.
California Blackjack Table 11:25PM GMT: $100
California Race Track 11:25PM GMT: $10
California Roulette 11:25PM GMT: $250
As you can see, things didnt look to encouraging. On the other hand, the maxes could be low for a reason or just be a temporary thing. To get a clearer picture on casino maxes in general, I decided to venture to a random state, which was Colorado.
Colorado Blackjack Table - :11:30PM GMT: $1,111
Colorado Racetrack 11:30PM GMT: $10
Colorado Roulette 11:30PM GMT: $200
Again, things werent looking too good. Jordans casino shootings seem to have made little or no impact on max bets. I decided to go to the forums and ask the people with the know-how; the Bootleggers public, why they thought the max bets were still bad. Som was one of the first to come through with a comment, saying Because shooting 11 people is weak. Questioning Jordans strength was not a reaction Id expected from players but it is true that the amount of blood you spill is a clear indication of your strength and the more you kill, the more you are feared. Cheese4Free said Because hes left Bootleggers, people are no longer afraid to have low max bets. Origin suggested that accounts are less valuable to players than the casino tables they are holding. This could possibly suggest that people wouldnt mind losing their accounts and may just be holding the casino for fame. Who doesnt love having their name on the states page?
No matter what reasons there are for casino maxes remaining low, something has to be done. It has been suggested that a minimum bet system is imposed so all casino max bets have to stay above a certain banner amount - and this looks like the best option. Either that or shoot casino owners daily (which would just lead to problems). Maybe one day Jordan will return and kill yet more casino owners to get the casino owner wake-up call sent again. Since that may not happen anytime soon, or at all, it looks like we will need intervention from the Administration to solve our casino woes. Low max bets and stingy casino owners are sucking the life out of a once-fun feature of Bootleggers. Lets hope something is done soon.
