Nyxxie Answers Your Questions MotherFrick
Following up on our recent interviewing’s of Elite Guard members, we are interviewing Nyxxie! She became a Moderator on March 3, 2009, along with her friend Riserva. This article won’t be the same as the other Elite Guard members we interviewed, as this article features questions players wanted to ask her.

Many players answered the topic ‘Nyxxie’ on the Game Forum, stating questions they would like her to answer. We spotted one posted by A1TRO, which asked her about Moderator color and what color she would change it to. She said, “I think Sylv would agree with me on this one, as I would like to change the color to PINK! I chose this color as there are many female players in the game of Bootleggers, and they stand up for themselves, which shows their inner strength.”

Next up, FishSauce asked Nyxxie what her favourite crew was. She said, “I never, ever liked crews. People are always wanting to run things a different way than their bosses. The times I did visit crews, the bosses were always having debates on ways to run the crew, and things just fell apart.”

The Buzz then asked a question, posted by FishSauce, who asked Nyxxie about the weirdest bootmail she had ever received. She said, “I have received some weird BM’s, including people asking for my hand in marriage, but now you are going to publish this, I have a feeling some people are going to try to top those!’

The Buzz received the question, posted by OverSeasons, asking Nyxxie about the worst part of her job. She said, “Well, I hate the way you can’t discuss bans in the Game Forum, or any other forum. Because when people are moaning that their friends or themselves got banned for doing nothing, and that the Elite Guard are corrupt, we have to say, “You are not discussing bans in the forums, it is not allowed,” rather than sticking up for ourselves and explaining why they were banned, and that they were banned for a good reason.”

The Buzz then read an intriguing question, posted by A1TRO, asking Nyxxie what she missed most about being a player. She said, “I used to be able to stand up for myself as a player, but now, I have to bite my tongue and look the other way. Which is really annoying if someone isn’t saying nice things about you.”

The Buzz then moved on to some serious questions. We asked Nyxxie about what she does as a Moderator. She said, “My main job is to design graphics for the game, as I have been a graphic designer for many years. But my job also includes answering help desk tickets, checking for dupes, and making sure no-one breaks any of the rules on the forums.”

Nyxxie obviously has many thoughts on the game, and many opinions to give, which makes her a good person. We wish her luck in her future as a Moderator on Bootleggers.
