The Bosses Views On The Crew:
I am sure I am biased, since I have been with TO since 04? This is the 3rd round, so I dont have much to compare, but the people have always been the driving factor here, the crew boss or bosses, are only here at their service, they keep us going, they do the work, and they are some of the best people you would care to interact with. Always have been.
Members Views On The Crew:
SuperBogo: I think the crews members should be allowed in the Elite Guard for a day
BadhatResurrected: TO needs more hats. there are not enough hats in TO and it is causing problems people are having difficulty seeing. Why? because their brains are numbed by cold winds that hats would help protect them from.
Writer's comments:
After I was accepted into the crew, I immediately checked the crew forum. I was surprised and how much forum activity was promoted inside the crew. There were many games and topics asking what the members would like from the Crew Forum and the bosses seemed to be responding to the needs of those players. At one point, I was even encouraged through bootmail to participate in a crew-Russian-roulette style game. The fact that members were prepared to sacrifice their accounts for games in the Crew Forum told me that there was no fear of having to start again in The Order and that the other crew members would ensure that the lower ranks were ranked up quickly.
Different crew members swapped everything, from pictures of themselves to insight into their real lives, to information into all things Bootleggers. I also respected the fact that they had their own crew Help Desk where different questions about Bootleggers or computers in general were answered.
I tried to think of a bad point about the crew, but to be honest I found it difficult. I guess the crews profile could display more information about their recruitment procedures to anyone outside the crew.
Overall summary:
I think The Order is a very well organised crew in which the people in charge are never letting the members in the dark about anything. This shows there is a great degree of trust and friendship in the crew. In my opinion, the crew seems to be the way I believe a crew should be.
