Recruitment:
While The Tribe is eager to grow, they are looking for the right kind of people. At the moment, the crew is only accepting friends of members in good standing.

History of:
No history to speak of as the crew is so new.

The Bosses Views On The Crew:
cassiopeia2 said, "The crew is small and growing slowly, but it's growing exactly the way we want it. We want our crew to be a family. Members that all care about each other and cover each other back. Not just because they have to, but because there are genuine relationships and caring for each other. We want to have fun together, competitions and contests and birthday celebrations and such. We envision being a crew that others admire and that people really want to join."

Members Views On The Crew:
As no crew members contacted me, I am unable to include any crew members' opinion.

Writer's Comments:
While I accept that The Tribe is a new crew, I have to say that the forum and member helpfulness was fairly inadequate. While the bosses were happy to provide plenty of information and support, no crew member contacted me after having a topic in the Crew Forum for over three days. This surprised me, as most crew members of other crews jump at the chance to get their opinion in to the Buzz.

Saying that, there was clearly a lot of love between the crew members and the bosses as the relationship between them seemed strong.

Overall summary:
The member base of The Tribe are perhaps not quite there yet, but I wish the bosses luck in recruiting the standard that they want to achieve in the future.
