Guide to Being a Crew Boss |

First question you should ask yourself is can you commit the time it takes. Then the resources, expect to hammer your plastic as your crew comes under attack and looks to you for revenge.
If you think you are willing to take on the challenge lets see whats involved, biggest issue is the protection of your crew, will we still be in the stats by the time you all see this, well I think so, but of course with so many powerful guns in the game and seemingly unlimited points, you never can tell. Oh plus there is always the quick backstab, pioneered I think in this reset by GS themselves.
So if you can cope with all of that you then have to get the crew itself into shape, there are many ways to do this but are way is to organise ourselves, get the crew sorted into Capo teams which is normal for GS the way we always used to operate, each team is like its own crew, and responsible for itself, checking the crewmembers out and trying to weed out spies and infiltrators.
The first thing any crew boss will tell you is that suddenly your inbox is full everytime you log on, people giving good will messages and others threatening you and still more wanting to join. So can you join, like all crews we have a recruitment policy, so please be prepared to answer a range of questions, all hoping to find out if you are honest and wanting to join the crew for good reasons. Please understand all crews have this problem of checking their members before letting a new one join.
So you want to be a crewboss, you have over 6 to 7000 points, or you have enough bullets and spies in the crew to take one and hold it against attack, then you get to see your name in lights (well on the stats board anyway). As long as you stay alive long enough to enjoy it.
