Well the week started off hot and grew cold as the weather up here. So lets talk about the early portion of the week. Deadly Alliance, Revelation and Black September all took major hits. The two crews with crew spots and the underground crew were attacked by three different people as well. Talk about an exciting 24-hours. Nothing ever happens on Bootleggers, it is boring this round. Yes that is sarcasm if you didn't figure it out. However, the curious thing about this is, Revelation was revived. So all that effort and ammo is gone to waste. I'm not objecting to Revelation getting revived if something shady was done to kill them. BUT the public deserves to know what the reason was, otherwise, hints of corruption from doubters is sure to spread like wildfire. I mean we all know how much the Bootlegger public loves the rumor mill. And if the criteria used to revive Revelation applies to either of the other crews they should be revived as well.

Something came to light for me this week, I guess I've been living in a dishwasher or something, but the number of help desk tickets that are waiting for replies is outrageous. The regular help desk is doing a great job. I'm referring to the ones that have been passed on to mods and admins. Over 1500 tickets are waiting for replies. I won't necessarily accuse the mods as I do not know if these are in the mod/admin folder or the strictly admin folder. However, my feeling is one of the key admins (read BSF or Sabin) should put aside an entire day to just reply to those tickets about point purchases, hacks, etc. I didn't notice the high amount until one of my members submitted a ticket about being hacked almost a week ago and still has not gotten a reply. If the load is too much, perhaps you need to promote some HDOs to mod or mods to admin depending on which folder these tickets are sitting growing mold in.

Finally, I just want to touch on etiquette in the forums. It is getting atrocious. Especially in the off topic forum. People spamming with topic after topic. Its great to have a good time but take it easy. We don't need to read the 100 thoughts a minute that your Attention Deficit Disorder minds have. Show some respect for your fellow players, both in the forums and in individual threads. Stop picking fights and talk things out, and if you do insist on fighting, leave real life out of it.
