In the last week, both New Jersey Blackjack and New York Roulette were confiscated after a dupe-check was done on each of the holders.

New Jersey Blackjack was then given away in the Off-Topic Forum. The game, conducted by moderator Air, had a question that needed a quick answer. The one to answer the question correctly first, won a spot in the dice game. In total, there were 10 competitors in it that were placed into the Dice Game and given one final shot at winning it. The final winner was rigs.

A question that many were asking was in fact, why did Air confiscate the casino's? Well, as most of you will know a Moderator usually confiscates a casino if the player is cheating in some kind of way (resulting in a permanent ban), or the player was holding 2 casino's at one time. Usually the reason is only known between the Elite Guard and the banned player however, thanks to Dejavu, information was spilled.

T1mTh33nch4nt3r, who was owning the Roulette at the time needed someone to hold the table for him. BKD offered to hold the table until T1mTh33nch4nt3r returned. When the escrow was completed, both players went offline. At that time it turned out that BKD was already holding the Michigan Roulette as well.

An hour passed before a moderator got online. When Air had noticed that there was someone holding two properties he had no other choice but to take one of them away.

Is this the beginning to a more active Elite Guard? As many are probably noticing, other Mods are becoming a lot more active recently which we hope is the start of something new.
