After the kill of New York State don, Sweetie, by the hands of Spine and his two other shooters following the crew 'wipe' of Revelation, questions arose as to why she was still on the states page as State Don. Consider it a bug or just a procedure BSF2000 or Sabin like to do themselves manually, the dead Sweetie stayed on the page for a total of almost a week.
