What is the use of this Help Desk ticket? Many has made one, due to moderators or administrators abusing their powers, helping friends, annoying old enemies, and let their personal opinions go before right and wrong.

But does the ticket help? I think not, due to the fact that there is a high chance that it is the administrator that were unfair that reads it and closes it. So what’s the point of having this option?

In my opinion those tickets should go directly to BSF2000 himself, and not to the complete staff! The way it is now it doesn’t help anyone.

Edit by Air: In addition to this, all reports of problem staff go straight to the Administrators. No Mod has the ability to read these reports.
