Yes. That's because killing helps you rank up, and higher rank means less bullets.

The order of positions on an OC or where you have the OC (empty states give more Vault prizes because of less OCs there) effects the vault.
Neither order nor location affect the fault (but in a 2-car, each car must have its own driver!).

War is rigged, the percentages of winning are 30%.
No. If it were rigged, we'd let a player have one.

The State Dons are NOT the big new feature because it has NOTHING to do with the Crew Dominance Chart.
