Dirty, a never ending discussion GPEnergy

Since TrojanCube got to state his opinion, I feel that other opinions of the term dirty should be mentioned as well. First I will mention how I look towards the usage of the term dirty and secondly when I think a casino can be claimed dirty.

For me the term dirty is just to say, “warning, this property is taken from me/us without my/our approval”.

With this warning you make sure that people that are not involved, do not get involved.
For example: A kills casino holder B (who is in a crew) for his casino. A then sells the casino to C (who didn't know it was shot for) for a lot of points. The crew of B takes the casino back from C. In this example, C will get screwed because he lost a lot of points and maybe even his account.

So, for me, the term dirty should be used in order to protect player C of the example. Of course this makes it a lot easier to get a casino back as almost nobody wants to buy the casino.

I do agree with TrojanCube that you can't claim everything dirty. So when can a casino be claimed dirty? According to TrojanCube, “a casino is only dirty when it has been hacked, cheated or scammed for”.

For me this states that a casino can only be claimed dirty when it is taken with the help of illegal activities. (If scamming is in fact illegal is a whole different question which im not going to answer at this point.)

I do not agree with this, for me the question shouldn't be was the action legal or illegal? Who was responsible for the fact that a casino dropped/changed owner?

If the casino holder him/herself is responsible for losing the casino, for example by having a too high max bet, it obviously couldn’t be claimed dirty. If someone else is responsible, for example killing or hacking, the casino can be claimed dirty.

However, this whole arguement will not be solved until BSF2000 or Sabin make it clear to what exactly makes a casino dirty; until then, we will have to rely on the many opinions and shift through what you think is true or false.
