I dont know about you guys and gals but the last few weeks my inbox has been confusing. I send someone who is offline a message and then 12 hours later they send me a response. Seems fairly simple right? Well, not when I have no clue what they are talking about because its been 12 hours. So where did the text go?
For those of you who werent around, there was an unfriendly vulnerability in the old system. Pressing the Reply button resulted in many players getting hacked. The feature was quickly removed. At the time, you couldnt reply to messages and would have to click on Send Letter for communication. After some more work, the Reply feature was brought back, without the text. That was a nice fix, but there was still room for improvement in the system.
The feature was fully corrected. The vulnerability has now been found and removed. I spoke to Sabin hoping to find out more information on the issue. We cannot discuss the inner workings of BL. Sorry he said, adding BSF decided to make it a little prettier with the -'s and such. With the feature corrected, feel free to send me a message. I promise Ill know what you are talking about!
