Stuck With Crews?!? Answers... GenX
This week, ladies and gentlemen, I have been searching around the forums and asking different crew bosses and members what motivates them. What are the worried about and what the difficulties are of trusting different members of bootleggers from joining their crews.

Firstly I would like to draw your attention to Shadylady. The current boss of the well known through the ages crew Glory.

I asked this member a few questions about the famous crew and this is what she said.

(Q)uestion: From your point of view would you let a low rank come into your crew if they were 100% trusted?

(A)nswer: I have low ranks in the crew right now who are 100% trusted. Rank isn't important, loyalty & trust are.

Q: The other query I had was that to do with recruitment requirements. What motivates you on setting these?

A: EH looks for people who can be trusted, who will be loyal, and who are in the game for fun. It is a game, we are all here to have fun, and we do try to keep that in mind with all we do.

NOTES: As you can see from these comments, this is JUST a game and we are all here to have fun aren't we? We all have people that we respect and look up to in this game and we all have our advantages and dis-advantages.

Q: Do you have any opinions on different crew issues? Such as DoctorZ/The Syndicate?

A: Well, different crew's have different issues because they have different goals. As our main goal is to have fun while staying on stats, we don't have many issues to be honest. I would like to see crew's (EH included) to be more willing to give new players a chance. There are some good ones out there. Most of us don't though, because of fear. Maybe EH should be the first to step up & take in a few players totally new to the game & help them along.

I, personally, have a liking for crew the togetherness, the way they stand together. There is no reason for us all to fight all the time but it gives the perspective on the bootleggers "life".

Many, many, many people today take this game too seriously. At the end of the day IT IS only a game and we are all here to get along make friends online "live" and "die".

All crew responses did not make it and I'm sorry if I didn't choose your input maybe next time.
