You will have the chance to post your opinions, comments, criticism and ideas on the Game Forum, when the proper official topic is made. The topic is made at a random time during the week to ensure that many players get to eventually voice their opinion!

Next week, 5-10 (depending on how many we get) random opinions will be placed on the Buzz along with a new debate question!

What do you think of the new Family Account link on the left hand side. Does this help or hurt the community? What are your opinions on the Family account rules as a whole?



I think it's pathetic that you're not allowed to send messages or bust people who use the same IP. those actions hardly give you any experience and it only makes people angry and frustrated. besides, there's a fair chance that people just don't pay attention to whom they're busting, and are that way duping without knowing. how stupid is that!

I think its great to have the rules listed, but more importantly where it shows whether your ip is clean or not because it is much easier to avoid getting banned.

It's good that we can see now who has logged in into our ip's. but some rules are pathetic like: the send messages/bust people. But without the rules it's for us the best way to see if we are duping etc. I don't have any trouble with this so it's a good feature for us but pathetic if people use proxies and log in into our ip's.

I think it's great that people can now see who they can and cannot interact with based on the "Family Account" link. However, say I am a scum and I don't like one of the L.Dons listed on my IP. To ruin their account, I could sent messages to them, or money or points just so they LOOK like a dupe and get banned for it. If this becomes a big problem, where people are setting others up for a ban, will that page become a problem?

I think this is a good idea! It will give people who use a proxy or play at school the freedom to continue to do so, as they will know who they cannot interact with and who they can! But people will still use the excuses "I didnt know he was on my IP." Yes, people do dupe but this takes away the excuse in the appeal that they didn't know. But the rule about the BMs is pretty pathetic. How are we meant to chat to our friends using the bootmail system?

Personally, I think this whole cafuffle is an excellent idea! It's obviously working as of yet, people are getting banned left, right and center, but there are the odd few people who complain about it. You complainers should wake up and smell the changes, if you do have a list of people sharing an IP address with you, you've obviously not had any trouble in the past with this situation, so why should you have any trouble at all right now? Do something about it on your own, kill the other users on that list, do anything to stop yourself from being banned. It could even make the game more interesting as a whole.. Maybe just a few more shootings will happen on a more regular occurrence because of this, I don't know, I'm just assuming.. But I do really like it, it's obviously made an impact on the game already in a way bigger than most things, all the topics being made in the forums, be it criticism, suggestions, appraisal, has livened things up a bit!

I think its a great way to catch dupes. Unfortunately players will never be satisfied. The way i see it, stick by the rules and you're fine. Also, if a, lets say, scum, wants to get someone banned by giving him/her money while on the same IP, I think mods will understand thats not duping.

Pretty nice that you can actually see who you share an IP with.. but shamefully people use this to get others banned by interacting with them. And 'real' duping is done in order to gain unfair advantages (like bullets, money holders, being able to OC fast and such) this means that these accounts interact on a regular basis. So what is the use of banning people for messaging each other or because they've sent each other money once? Go after the real dupes and when for example real dupes are used for killing get those dupes banned and revive those who got shot...
