Help Desk Category Gets Demoted! Nyxxiekins

Tickets some of you don't even remember sending are being replied to in massive amounts as the help desk category, "Report a Bug/Glitch," gets demoted from Admin-level to Moderator-level.

In an attempt to relieve Sabin and BSF200 of some of their lower duties, the help desk category, "Report a Bug/Glitch," was demoted late Thursday night from an Administrator only category to a moderator-level help desk ticket.

Over 800 tickets were passed on to the moderators to work on and after only three days of hard work and dedication, it seems that all tickets have been answered. "We are doing our best to get through them all considering they are pretty old," said Senior moderator, Air, in a Game Forum topic as threads started being created over the confusion.

"Moderators are now able to answer tickets in that category from now on and if it is a new bug, which hasn't been mentioned before, we are told to bring it up in our forum for the Administrators to read," stated 5litre when the Buzz asked him about his new "Help Desk" duties.
