Easy Targets, Target Practice? |

On November 26, the Game Forum was filled with the well known "rest in peace" topics. The crew, Easy Targets (Sempre Famiglia) was under fire. With KeeperofSouls banned, CrackZ and SSK on vacation, can we speak of a failed takeover?
The shooter, 35387, sat down with the Buzz for an interview. "No," he says, "it is not a failed takeover." He knew CrackZ was on vacation before he started searches, as the account was on vacation already when SF took the crew over from AZ.
He calls it a successful "old skool" takeover.
What makes this crew takeover different from the rest was that this takeover was not well planned far in advanced. "I woke up this morning and figured it was cold outside, so I thought, let's shoot SF," claimed the shooter, who shot a total of 487,000 bullets to the often attacked crew.
The main reason for his shootings was the complaining SF did towards The Triad, which the shooter is co-boss of. He did not plan to take over SF just to put The Triad on the stats page. For 35387, it was "just target practice," he says.
CrackZ vacationed account may of saved the crew now, but with a past such as Sempre Familiga's familiar one, it seems that maybe next time, the crew may not be as lucky.
This brings a question of if vacationed accounts should even have the priveledge to hold a crew during their vacationed time. The Buzz went from player to player asking their opinions. "To be honest, being on vacation should scrap the right to hold a crew. BSF2000 would benefit from changing the code around; disallowing vacationed players to be even capable of being passed a crew in instances such as these," stated HDO and Buzz Editor, Nyxxiekins.
"The game had it build in that you couldnt go on vacation while holding a crew. So why should a crew be able to drop to someone on vacation? It should just be made the same with banned as to dead accounts. Crews don't drop to those accounts," says Revelation Boss, Carlito
I went to talk to Sabin on this matter. In reply to my questions, he said, "The situation with crews being saved by banned or hibernating players has been resolved. Crews should now drop normally. Thank you."
So, this should be the end of crews being saved by accounts on vacations.
