Hard for a Scum... DonDennis
It is very hard for brand new players. Can't the high ranked players do them a favor once in a while?

I started Bootleggers again and yet again found it hard to oc just because I am a scum. I had to offer amounts between $500,000 and $1,500,000 just to get in a oc just to climb up 2 ranks.

To all the high ranked player reading this, it may sound dumb and I don't care how dumb it sounds, I hope there are a few out there who care. Let a scum be part of your oc. Maybe even supply them with money for duesy and well you can keep the %, or if you're extra nice, a little 5% would even help them for the next one.

It is all just a cycle, we all know people should work hard for money etc blahdy blah blah. But come on, just one scum for one oc...it helps them a lot. If you feel it is not doing much, I can assure you it is!

So next time you do an oc and a scum is pleading to be driver, give it a thought...Do you want to be a uptight person and not help them or maybe help this scum and deep inside know you did something worth while.
