Lowryder Killings |

Eight total Respectable Dons and three Legendary Dons who had achieved the rank since the last killings were of the victims. One person, acting alone it would seem, took out the latest contenders for the rank of State Don. This player, known to us as Lowryder1, managed to pick off a number of Bootleggers highest ranks in less than eighteen minutes.
The reasons behind the shootings seem to be very different to those of SinCity, the previous force to wipe out the high ranks of Bootleggers. With SinCity previously stating that boredom played a good part in his killings it seems strange that it could be a viable reason. After all killing is one of the main aims of the game surely? With that said, its without doubt that planning a feat such as this would certainly keep someone busy for a good while with around 418,000 bullets used plus a small number of points. But this time the reason is at least a little clearer to us. It seems that the motive behind the Event Horizon killings was down to a personal vendetta, after they shot a friend of Lowryder1 earlier this reset. The name of this person and Event Horizon's reasoning behind the kill remains unknown, although there are many possibilities from State Don to just a car thief.
With Lowryder1 being not a part of any crew at the time, it would seem no help was given by any other party in the game and everything was carried out off his own back. The usual rumors circulated in the forums with the the same crew names being circulated as masterminds behind the killings. When asked whether he was acting on behalf of someone else Lowryder said, "If your asking if im in a crew no. Haven't really been in a crew since i quit last reset". The reasons behind the other killings remain a mystery to us as Lowryder1 was killed swiftly after his final shots were fired. One thing that was stated by Lowryder1 before the end of the brief interview was "there is more to come" .
With the new Organized Crime feature being added where it is now possible to bring forward your availability time with the use of points, it can surely only be a matter of days until somebody makes it to the rank of State Don. But on the other hand, will this second bout of killings put people off rushing the ranking process even more?
