The OC Timer Reset! LadySylv
After another long night of updating, bug fixing and programming, Sabin added another new feature on the points page. This new feature to the Points Virtual Store allows players to reset their organized crime timer, allowing them to OC once again. However, with this new feature comes some restrictions.

This new feature makes it possible to reset your Organized Crime (OC) timer, for 10 points per hour. However, it is not possible to use this if you have over 10 hours left to your next OC.

After seeing several opinions in the game forum about this new update, we asked different players their thoughts on this subject.

"This game was and is supposed to be a community set in the 1920's. I don't like this new feature, it destroys the game and it's idea. So far the point system was alright because no rank related topics were touched so far. Is the idea now to start using your credit card?," said a player who asked to remain anonymous.

But what about the players that never spend any real money on Bootleggers, but earned their points by playing the game?

AbuRaghebV7 stated, "reaching high ranks is the main positive thing about the reset OC timer update. I play this game for over 2 years and i never reached a higher rank then Don. Every time I reach Don, I get
killed. Ranking higher then Don is one of my goals, and with this new update I might have a chance."

Of course, with new updates, the opinions are spread out. But maybe with this one, the Nation- and State Don will experience little competition soon.
