Crew Interviews are Back in Business! UnlimitedDistraction
This week it was the return to the crew interviews after a long break. To start off, I interviewed The Order and also visited them for two what-seemed-like short days. I asked one of their Bosses, SoulmateV11, some questions of their crew and what made it special to them:

Statistics:
Name of Crew: The Order.
Current Bosses: "Slice (aka Squizz), LestatVII, SoulmateV11".
Crew Tax: "$120,000 per week, variable".
Requirements (Wealth and Rank Status): "None".
Date Crew was Established: "June 2007".

Recruitment:
When it comes to recruitment, unlike many other crews past and present, The Order have a slightly different method of accepting people.
Current Recruiters: "None, handled by open forum discussion and review".
Recruiting Status: "Open but tight".

Uniqueness:
What makes this crew unique from all the others? "Now thats a question maybe some others can answer best, i have been in The Order only, since 04... 3 rounds, under various bosses, and was crew boss a good part last round".

Writer's Comments:
This Boss may not be able to give our readers much of an answer, however, having spent two days there myself, I think I can give you an idea as to why a lot of people yearn to be there, and why those who are there, treasure it.
The first thing that hits you when you enter the crew forum is that this one has a lot of fun. Despite rules being implemented elsewhere, the general feeling I get is it is very much member-ran. Apart from the regular IMPORTANT and STICKY topics, there are lots of random, enjoyable ones, even ones created just to say goodnight to everyone. Not only does this instill morale into the place but it also increases their respect for each other and I must say they truly made me feel welcomed.

Summary:
If you are new or old and looking to join a crew that is based around having fun but can get down to business when needs be, then this would be a prime contender for you. I had a really fun time time in The Order was given the proud invite to spam the forums myself. I was very welcomed and for that I thank all three bosses, Soul, Lestat and Slice with their lovely members for their generous hospitality.
