The Undercover Crew Review |

This week, as our second victim to the "Undercover Crew Review," I have taken matters in my own hands and brought the review to my very own home of The Deadly Alliance.
The crew has been around for a very long time (and longer than most of the current statistics crews), and a crew that has been around for as long as The Deadly Alliance is sure to have a trick or two up their sleeves when it comes to maintaing a crew-- but I wasn't about to believe that TDA is all sunshine and rainbows; there had to be more to this crew.
I started by sending random members on their list a set of questions, asking them what they liked or disliked about their crew, the bosses, council and its members. I expected a plethora of answers from all good things, to some bad things, and I must admit that the crew was very kind to me. Although I am a member, my own input was not placed into this review.
"I can basically message anyone online if I need someone to hold a property or some money - a great element for any crew," stated one very satisifed member. Trust is the number one priority in a crew, without it, you're heading for some rough roads and high hills to get over. However, the same member mentioned that his only con to this crew is that they "have the power to wipe anyone basically and I think sometimes we should exercise this more."
Another member stated, that although he/she is happy with the current state of the crew, their biggest complaint is that they feel that there is two seperate crews within the crews, the Head Council and the members. "It's simply Head Council's way or the highway there really isn't a voting factor on crew direction or goals"
The Deadly Alliance went through a real-life loss of one of their very own almost two years ago. Due to the loss of Andrew Wood, the crew has faced many rude players here and there. "They talk badly about our beloved Andrew Wood," stated one member, obviously hurt by the intial loss of a friend and guild member as well as the rude behavior by members throughout the two years. This isn't a fake death where he is able to make another account and start all over again, so show some respect when it comes to things such as this-- how rude and mean of a human being can you be towards others?
I asked a member how I would go about joining The Deadly Alliance and they were kind enough to point me in the right way, however, informed me that this is an "invite" only crew and my chances of getting in (unless I know three crew members who would vouch for me), are slim. This is normal for a crew as "new school" takeovers has, for lack of better words, taken over the game.
Overall, members seem to be happy with this crew (and a crew they are happy to call "family". They see no problems in general with their Bosses or Underbosses or Council. When an inter-crew problem was found, it was nipped by the behind and fixed immediately in private and never brought forth into the forums to discourage other members.
Based on the opinions by several other members (including the ones showcased in this article), the Buzz' Undercover Crew Review gives this crew, The Deadly Alliance, 4 1/2 stars!
