Happy Birthday Bootcast! NyxxieGoneWild
Wow! Time sure does fly. It has been a full year since the Bootcast received a make-over. For all of you that do not remember, the Bootcast was originally implemented to the Game as a weekly edition of the Podcast. First hosted by LukkyB, followed by Melabo, it covered all the weekly news, shout outs, call-ins and of course random fun. Unfortunately the feature was left with no host and it was left to idle while waiting to see what happens.

The players then rebelled and created the Bootcast as we know it today. At first an unofficial part of the game, hosted on a independent server, it grew in popularity on a daily basis. Then it finally happened. A year back, the new Bootcast took the place of the old, and Bootleggers received it's first official Radio! Myst was the first that was appointed the position as Head DJ, while Nyxxie, Sylv, Daisy, Genasai and of course Sabin were one of the first DJs, bringing music to our daily game play.

Just last week, the Bootcast experienced a sweep, as Sabin and Sylv went through the list of DJs (which had a range of 15 players) and decided to remove the in-active ones, thus giving more room to work with to the active and well known DJs we all grew to love. In the end, despite the ups and downs of this feature, it made it to it's first Birthday. So on behalf of the Bootleggers Buzz team, I would like to wish the Bootcast and it's team a Happy Birthday and may you continue the success you have achieved so far!
