On the 31st of August, The Deadly Alliance were shot at by KBW.
Before I get started on this article, I would like to put in a little warning. We at the Buzz strive to cover everyones point of view during events like these. This week, by the time I came to write the article and check out the forum, the leads I had were to MWO, KBW and GPEnergyV12. However, these three were not online at the time I wrote the article and I needed it done there and then. KBW did contact me later and simply told me to direct all questions to MWO, who was offline. As a result, I contacted a member of The Deadly Alliance to explain what happened. Everything this article contains is purely confirmed by him, and is not necessarily how others would see it. Again, I apologise for only giving one side of the event.
RefuV12 told me that the reasons for the shooting started the day before in an MSN conversation between SevenVirtues, Subroda, GPEnergy, MWO and AbuRagheb. MWO and AbuRagheb demanded that The Deadly Alliance kick out several members for a variety of reasons. They wanted Ebbie and Aerius kicked out because they are bosses of Virtual Reality and may have been involved in planning a shooting. There was also conflict with TonyMoX as MWO and AbuRagheb thought he was Baba. RefuV12 did not confirm or deny this claim. They also wanted ILoveSevenVirtues out simply because they did not like him.
The Deadly Alliances bosses refused to kick any of those members as none of them were a threat to the crew. As a result, MWO paid KBW to shoot and drop The Deadly Alliances crewspot. KBW left the crew hanging onto the Statistics page by a thread, but did not actually manage to get it to drop. As of now, it still remains on the Statistics.
As for what happens to The Deadly Alliance next, no one knows. If more information become available, you can damn well be sure itll be covered in the next Buzz. But, for now, all we have is a seemingly failed attempt to drop The Deadly Alliance.
