| Coalition between crew and wealth |

Is it me or does there seem to be a coalition between crew and wealth?
The reason why I ask this question is because it seems if you are a member of a crew you tend to have a higher wealth status, you would have a hard job finding a crew member with less the 1 million on their account. However if you find a Not apart of any crew player who is the same rank as yourself they will be at least 2 wealth status below you as a crew member.
I want to know why that is? Being in a crew you have to pay a tax, witch tends to be anything from 75K to 105K per week thus meaning the crew is taking money away from the crew members yet they have a higher wealth, people tend to donate to their crew which again means money is being taken away for the crew person. Yet the wealth status is higher.
Could it be, that crews are only taking in the wealthy? Could it be, being in a crew you are more likely to work harder for the crew? Or could it be because if you are in a crew you have your friends/crew buddies to help you out if there is a need?
I have been looking around at the players who are in underground crews, and yet it does not seem to ring true for them. The underground crews seem to have the same wealth status as the non crew members. Maybe its got something to do with the statistics page, maybe being easily viewable you want to show off? Or maybe its due to something else. Maybe being in a crew gives you options which would not have been open to you if you where not in a crew.
What ever it is, it seems that there will always be a divide between crew members and non crew members.
