Trick or Treat Atrophy
It seems that the holidays and celebrations are normally the perfect time to strike on Bootleggers. The grim night of Halloween 2008 was no different as yet another State Don used his powers to show the community what happens if they are awaken from their peaceful gameplay.

After members of The Order loaded up their weapons with fresh bullets and went on a massive killing spree, killing everyone who they thought posed a threat, Omib chose to take matters into his own hands. After seeing his friends accounts dropping one by one, he decided that it was time for retaliation and started searches on three crew, namely The Order, Strictly Business and Absolute Zero. Those are all the crews which Omib believed to be involved in the shootings. He has also stated that he was aware of the involvement of Event Horizon, but due to a close friendship to some crew members, could not take action against them.

Most have probably noticed that even though Omib did severely weaken all 3 crews, yet he chose not to drop them. When giving an explanation as to why leave them on the Statistics page, he simply said ''They didn't drop us, so why should I drop them.'' In this case, Louisiana had proven to be the lucky state, as most that were left alive, were in fact in that particular state.

The State Don of California had used a total of 1,025,000 bullets and 100 points to attack all three crews.
