This week we saw Smoke and Mirrors attacked, but why? Who was behind it and what actually happened? We caught up with Boss of Smoke and Mirrors, Bianchi, and asked him why they were shot at. Bianchi said that all questions need to be answered by their 'PR', who he wanted to remain anonymous, but refer to him as Silky.

"Well, we were attacked by IAQ and Aerial, who flashed Gathering of Gangsters colors afterwards. The story that was told in the Game Forum by IAQ was that we were attacked because we killed FrankSlade. Immediately, we wondered, who the hell is FrankSlade? Then we started going? Wait? Oh yeah? Scent of a Woman? Whoooooo-ahhhhh! Great movie. But, that was the only FrankSlade we knew. So, at this point, we started wondering, if we tried to get folks expelled from boarding school any time recently. We don't think we had, so, we're not really sure what we did to piss off Colonel Frank Slade. Eventually, we found out that one of Teekayoh's friends had shot FrankSlade. So, at this point, in our best FrankSlade impersonation, we've moved on to thinking, Uh-oh, we got a moron here. We're OK taking bullets for a friend of TKOs, but, we suspect that they shot us up for more than just having friends in high places. Occam's Razor would suggest that we were shot because Gathering of Gangsters is connected with The Syndicate, and we got a couple of BFs that The Syndicate would like to possess. If it was The Syndicate or just an attack from Gathering of Gangsters, I can't say for certain. Either way, they shot well, we expected it."

Who else was involved? Just 1 or 2 members? an entire crew? "IAQ and Aerial shot us. They picked up our bullet factories in Nevada and NY. We then had Poophead, one of our council members kill Aerial and reclaim the NY BF. IAQ was then able to kill Poophead and the BF was picked up by TFKyle. We had an underground shooter, Gemini, step up to the plate and he killed IAQ and grabbed the Nevada BF. Then, we negotiated with TFKyle for the NY BF back, and we got that back." Silky informed.

In total they lost seven Dons, five Legendary Godfathers, and eight Godfathers. They haven't been affected that much as Silky's response to this was "whooooo-aaaaaaaaaaah."Could this be the beginning of the downfall of Smoke and Mirrors, or do they have other plans? "Clear them little bottles off. And when I get off the phone here, call up Hyman and tell him I want it wall to wall with John Daniels. (Don't you mean Jack Daniels?) He may be Jack to you son, but when you've known him as long as I have... that's a joke. No seriously? What do we plan to do next? Well, ultimately, we expected to be completely wiped at this point. We had planned for that, and were ready for that. So, getting an attack that, while a good attack didn't do as much damage on us as we thought it would, that helps in the regrouping process. We got the bullet factories back without much struggle, so that was the best thing. We expected the worst in that regard. Right now, it's just all about ranking up inside of the crew spot and making sure our underground shooters are ready to roll if someone goes after our bullet factories while we're ranking back up. We are resilient and we are in this for the long haul."
