The Kill Feature REVIEWED AeriusX

The "new" killing feature has been here for a while. It was introduced a few months into round 5. But what is exactly good or bad about this new version of the kill feature? Everyone knows it slows down a one-man crew wipe. And you will lose health and 76% of your protection if you get dragged to a shoot-out.

But the side effects shows that the new kill feature is better for the shooter than for the victim. For example: Shooters can shoot the first 100 bullets to lower the protection to 14%, then they can shoot less bullets in the next wave to kill the victim. Also, the shooter has the benefit to know before the victim if the shooting was successful or not. It is unfair that someone can shoot 10k bullets to another player, and know immediately if he survived, and can prepare another shooting if he is out of the shoot out.

But my main motivation to write this article is that using 100 bullets does the same damage to protection than 1000 bullets. What is then the benefit of a caddy if you can shoot 100 bullets to destroy the extra protection?

So my idea is to change the damage made to the protection in proportion to the amount of bullets shot so it won’t be always down to 14%, Secondly, I recommend that the shooter will know the outcome after the shoot-out and not before.
