Yet again its time for another issue of the Bootleggers Buzz and this week we shall investigate last weeks The Rapture Wiped article more in depth. A little over a week ago Bootleggers saw BigBadFraggy who was state don at the time and member of Ombra Di Lucifer open fire on The Rapture. After the shootings started, jimmy2shot, boss of The Rapture at the time, kicked all members apart from himself. We assume this was done to prevent more deaths. However, these account were killed regardless. Unfortunately The Rapture didnt wish to comment on the situation and therefore the Buzz cannot confirm that this was indeed the case.
After the wipe, the Buzz caught up with BigBadFraggy to investigate into his reasons for shooting. It became apparent on his profile that he was indeed shooting for Avarice and not ODL as many may have suspected due to him being in the crew only minutes before he started shooting. We asked Fraggy why he suddenly changed alliances to Avarice. He went on to explain that he had a lot of bullets and didnt want to waste an S.Don account, so when contacted by friends in Avarice council to carry out a hit for them on the same date he promptly used points to ditch the crew and started his searches; he is now a member of Avarice. The Buzz went on to ask how much he was paid for the attack. He replied with, Euhm Avarice paid about 75% of the bullets, they paid the 10m for my BF and they paid for the detectives. I paid the points to travel, to ditch the crew and some more bullets; I actually lost money on this.
The Buzz then contacted Avarice to see why they ordered the prompt removal of The Rapture from the statistics. We asked Cassini, a previous Nation Don and councillor of Avarice. He told us they were wiped for having our bf's in their crewspot after it was shot. Cassini, who did not wish his current name to be disclosed, went on to explain that they claim California Bullet Factory and were shooting for close allies The Fraternity to secure their New Jersey Bullet Factory also, however both of these are currently in the possession of ODL.
Will we see Avarice and The Fraternity regain possession of these? Will we see The Rapture hit back from underground and claim them? What ODL plan to do with them however is unclear but it appears that these factories are hot as burning coal, they are well worth watching in the future.
