Player of the Week! Sean

Written in co-operation with Frick.

This week, The Buzz didn't have to look far to find our Player of the Week! We chose Himmel because of his recent Keno antics. He won (and lost) several Kenos and made the last week entertaining for all fans of gambling.

We asked Himmel how he felt to be made Player of the Week, to which he responded, "It's always an honor to be recognized, I'm actually kind of shocked considering half of BL screams 'exploit!' every time I turn around." You're very welcome! We then asked him for his opinion on who should receive the honour of Player of the Week. He said that Kamikaze deserved it because "in the initial week of ranking and grabbing up properties, he did more for his Crew than any other player I know."

In the next part of our interview, the Buzz asked Himmel about the Kenos he had acquired. We asked him what his technique was when gambling. He told us that a lot of it was blind luck but that anyone can increase their chances by betting intelligently. He didn't give away all his secrets but he did tell us that, "if you bet $2,500 a bet for 10 bets, you might win a huge amount and be rich for a short time until you try it again and fail miserably. The odds of hitting an 8 are somewhere in the range of 1 in 7,500 I believe, making 10 big bets here and there, how often can you honestly expect to hit it? Keno is a game of patience, let's say I have that same $25,000 that the other person bet in 10 bets, I would divide it by a thousand ($25) and use that as my bet. Obviously at a $25 bet you aren't going to make as big of hits, but you will hit more 5's, 6's, and 7's, which will increase your available cash supply and thus allow you to continue betting, each additional bet you can make brings you closer to that 1 in 7,500 chance of hitting an 8. What people don't realize is that the 5's, 6's and 7's give you totally free extra bets to make without losing additional cash." So there's a lot of tips for you guys wondering how you can make some cash from Keno! Then we asked Himmel what he did with the Kenos he busted. He told us that he held them until they were won, but promised us that as soon as he has some spare time, he will be winning them back.

Moving the interview into the current affairs of Bootleggers, we questioned Himmel's view on players being able to hold as many properties as they want. His view is, "It gives players a reason to build a reputation, if you see some nobody holding 5 casinos, you are more likely to shoot them because you don't believe they will be able to retaliate. If however, you see a crewed player holding multiple properties, and you know that Crew has the resources to defend them, you might think twice about shooting. BL is now definitely a fight over power and respect." Then we asked him an unrelated question about the recent shootings over the Bullet Factory. While Himmel wasn't involved in any way, he did tell us that he thought it was hilarious because Eternal Labyrinth were made to look bad after "chatting shit" to Himmel a few weeks ago.

To wrap up the interview, we asked a few fun questions. In response to the question "How can sweet and sour sauce be sweet and sour at the same time?", Himmel said that you might want to throw it out; something that's sweet and sour has probably gone bad! Then we asked him a truly difficult question. If you end up in hell and you're in an argument with someone, where do you tell them to go? Himmel answered this with a simple and straightforward answer, which solved this problem if you're ever faced with it. His response was simply "Canada."

That's all for this week! We will yet again be searching for our Player of the Week next week so do something special and it may just be you!
